Areas We Serve Around Helena, AL

Shootingandrew Septic serves homeowners in Helena and across the Helena area. The providers in our network are independent local businesses. Each one sets its own service range, so coverage can differ from one street to the next.

The region has hot, humid summers and heavy downpours, especially in tropical storm season. Saturated ground can slow a drainfield and push water back toward the house. Winters are mild, and hard freezes are rare. Many homes here are slab-on-grade ranches, so a sewer problem under the floor can be harder to reach. Some older pier-and-beam houses have pipes that are easier to see but may be aging.

These conditions shape the calls providers get. After a big rain, pumping and drainfield checks are common requests. In dry, hot stretches, roots hunting for water can grab onto sewer lines.

How to check your area

• Browse the list of locations on this site.
• Find the town closest to your home.
• Send your request, and we pass it to a provider who serves that area.

If your town is not listed, ask anyway. A provider may still cover it. Availability varies by provider, so confirm the service range before you agree to anything.

Whatever your address, the first step is the same. Stop the water, write down what you see, then ask for an estimate.
